Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Total Rewards Analyst to join our dynamic Total Rewards team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, implementing, and managing our organization's rewards programs. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of compensation principles, benefits principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Compensation Strategy: Work with total rewards leadership to implement a comprehensive compensation strategy aligned with organizational goals, ensuring competitiveness and fairness. Ensure on-going actions align with the principles.
- Benefits Strategy: Working with leadership and external brokers, assist with the implementation of a comprehensive global benefits strategy with intent to align strategy across the organization globally.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry salary surveys and conduct thorough market analysis to benchmark our compensation & benefits packages against industry standards, providing recommendations for adjustments as needed for our organization to remain competitive.
- Job Evaluation: Participate in the job evaluation process to determine appropriate salary grades and ensure internal equity across various roles within the organization.
- Incentive Programs: Collaborate in the design, implementation, and management of variable pay programs, such as bonuses and incentive plans, to motivate and retain top talent.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations related to compensation & benefits by conducting regular audits to mitigate risks.
- Communication and Training: Work closely with internal and external partners to effectively communicate company programs to maximize the value and effectiveness of such programs, providing training on those programs as needed.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation & benefits programs, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR partners, finance, and senior leadership to align compensation & benefits strategies with overall business objectives. Additionally, this role will be critical intermediary with vendors on data, while assisting employees with questions regarding their Plans.
- Continuous Improvement: Be proactive about opportunities to streamline existing processes, increasing automation while minimizing opportunities for errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience and education. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCP) are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, with a focus on market pricing, structure and compensation administration.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation & benefits principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex compensation concepts to various stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing compensation projects and implementing successful programs.

Location
This is a remote position in the United States.
Compensation & Benefits
The base pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in the United States is $100,000 - $115,000; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. The position is bonus-eligible, and there are medical, dental, and vision benefits available. There is a 401k saving plan and other benefits, such as Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Plan.
