Job Overview
We are seeking a results driven Regional Sales Manager to lead revenue growth for DRAM and NAND Flash-based memory modules and SSD solutions across OEM accounts in Silicon Valley.
Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role is responsible for driving new business development, design wins, and strategic account expansion across Tier 1 and Tier 2 OEM, Datacenter, and Hyperscale customers. You’ll operate at the center of high growth markets, including AI, datacenter, networking, storage, embedded systems, and semiconductor equipment while partnering with technical teams to deliver solutions that meet evolving performance and supply requirements.
The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in complex, technical sales environments, with experience engaging both business and engineering stakeholders. Background in memory or semiconductor-related technologies is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive new design wins and revenue growth across assigned OEM accounts
- Identify qualify, and close new business opportunities across Silicon Valley and Western U.S.
- Develop and execute regional growth strategy aligned to company goals
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Negotiate pricing, long-term supply agreements, and partnership opportunities
- Establish relationships with executive, procurement, and engineering stakeholders within OEM organizations
- Support customer product qualification and design-in cycles
- Position memory and storage solutions based on performance, reliability, cost, and supply continuity
- Collaborate with Field Application Engineers (FAEs) and internal technical teams to support customer integration and success
- Represent solutions across a range of applications including:
- DRAM (DDR4, DDR5, LPDDR)
- NAND Flash (SLC, MLC, TLC, QLC)
- SSD Architectures (NVMe, SATA)
- Memory modules for enterprise, embedded, and industrial
- Semiconductor manufacturing equipment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computing Science, or related field
- 7+ years of experience selling DRAM, NAND Flash, memory modules or SSD solutions
- Proven ability to drive new business development and grow existing accounts
- Experience selling into OEMs, enterprise hardware customers, hyperscalers, or embedded markets
- Strong understanding of customer buying processes across technical and commercial stakeholders
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits
The on-target earnings range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in California is $208,000 - $250,000; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. The position is commission-eligible, and there are medical, dental, and vision benefits available. There is a 401k saving plan and other benefits, such as Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Plan.
