Overview
We are in search of a driven and ambitious Sr. Financial Services Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead Penguins expansion efforts. As a frontline leader for our company, you will be dedicated to crafting and implementing an impactful sales strategy and bringing in net new customers while managing existing customers. Reporting to the VP of Sales – Advanced Computing, this person’s mission is to drive sustainable financial growth by elevating sales performance and cultivate robust client relationships within the enterprise AI space.
Responsibilities
· Proactively hunt for enterprise-level business opportunities within the financial sector, collaborating with the existing sales infrastructure to drive pipeline growth
· Conduct comprehensive research to identify emerging markets and align our offerings with evolving customer needs.
· Schedule and lead impactful business meetings with C-Level executives and prospective enterprise clients to showcase the Penguin Value.
· Champion our offerings, addressing and predicting enterprise clients' objectives to maximize sales potential.
· Provide reliable post-sales support and foster long term relationships with new and existing enterprise customers
· Create and develop executive level relationships at partner companies and with industry leaders
· Exercise cross-functional leadership within a matrixed organizational structure
Qualifications
· 10+ years’ experience in business development and/or field sales
· Industry experience in the financial sector
· Strong technical acumen
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
· Strong executive presence and the ability to influence cross-functional teams at all levels
· Proven sales track record
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
· Time management and planning skills
Location
We are looking for candidates within commuting distance to New York City.

Compensation & Benefits
The cash compensation (bonus & commission) range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in New York is $270,000 - $315,000; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. There are medical, dental, and vision benefits available. There is a 401k saving plan and other benefits, such as Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Plan.
