Overview
We are seeking a high performing Sr. Regional Sales Manager with a strong hunger mentality to drive revenue growth for DRAM- and NAND Flash-based memory modules and SSD solutions across OEM accounts in Silicon Valley and the Western United States.
Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role focuses on new business acquisition, design wins, and strategic account expansion within Tier 1 and Tier 2 OEM customers. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of direct memory sales experience into OEMs and a strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, supply dynamics, and memory technology positioning in compute, networking, AI, storage, embedded, and semiconductor manufacturing applications.
Responsibilities
- Drive new design wins and revenue growth across assigned OEM accounts
- Identify qualify, and close new business opportunities across Silicon Valley and Western U.S.
- Develop and execute regional growth strategy
- Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Negotiate pricing agreements, long-term supply contracts, and strategic partnerships
- Build executive-level and engineering-level relationships within OEM organizations
- Support product qualification and design-in cycles
- Position DRAM, NAND Flash, and SSD solutions based on performance, endurance, reliability, cost structure, and supply continuity
- Coordinate with FAEs and internal technical teams to support customer integration efforts
- Position solutions across:
- DRAM (DDR4, DDR5, LPDDR)
- NAND Flash (SLC, MLC, TLC, QLC)
- SSD Architectures (NVMe, SATA)
- Memory modules for enterprise, embedded, and industrial applications
- Semiconductor manufacturing equipment applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Computing Science
- 5+ years of experience selling DRAM, NAND Flash, memory modules or SSD solutions
- Proven track record of new business development (hunter profile required)
- Experience selling into OEM customers, compute, storage, networking, AI hardware, embedded systems, or semiconductor manufacturing equipment)
- Strong understanding of:
- DRAM architectures and market positioning
- NAND Flash technologies and endurance profiles
- SSD interface standards and performance metrics
- Semiconductor manufacturing fundamentals and supply chain dynamics
- Experience managing design-in and qualifications cycles
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits
The on target earnings range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in California is $208,000 - $250,000; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. The position is commission-eligible, and there are medical, dental, and vision benefits available. There is a 401k saving plan and other benefits, such as Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Plan.
