Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Services to define and scale our Services portfolio supporting our AI Factory Platform strategy.

This role will lead the strategy, design, and commercialization of services offerings across the AI lifecycle - from initial implementation and integration through ongoing operations and optimization. You will shape how customers successfully design, build, deploy, and manage AI factories, ensuring measurable outcomes and long-term value.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, delivery, and partners to develop repeatable, high-impact service solutions that accelerate customer adoption and operational success at scale.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the services product strategy and roadmap aligned to the AI Factory Platform
  • Develop scalable offerings across:
    • Professional services (design, deployment, integration)
    • Managed services (operations, monitoring, optimization)
    • Lifecycle services (support, upgrades, and performance tuning)
  • Drive standardization and repeatability of service delivery for AI/HPC environments
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure services are operationally scalable and margin-conscious
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on packaging, positioning, and pricing of services
  • Translate customer and market requirements into clear service definitions and SLAs
  • Establish KPIs to measure adoption, customer outcomes, and service performance
  • Engage directly with strategic customers and partners to refine offerings and accelerate growth

 

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of product management experience in services, infrastructure, or enterprise technology
  • Strong understanding of professional and managed services models
  • Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, HPC, cloud, or data center environments
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into commercially viable service offerings
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling customer-facing service portfolios
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with as-a-service or consumption-based models
  • Familiarity with GPU infrastructure, Kubernetes, or large-scale distributed environments
  • Background working with enterprise or hyperscaler customers

 

Location

This is an onsite or hybrid position in Maynard, MA.

Travel

Less than 10%

 

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in Maynard, MA is $150,000 – 170,000; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. The position is bonus-eligible, and there are medical, dental, and vision benefits available. There is a 401k saving plan and other benefits, such as Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Plan.
