HR Reporting Analyst

Overview
The HR Reporting Analyst plays a key role in leveraging data to drive HR and business decisions. Reporting to the HR Systems Leader, this position requires the knowledge of SuccessFactors reporting and dashboards and the ability to analyze data from a variety of HR systems. This role will have the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of HR teams and stakeholders to establish and execute the reporting and analytics needs of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical analyst for needs analysis, design, and configurations for SuccessFactors reporting and LMS.
- Engages with stakeholders to create self-service reporting requests and advance people analytics capabilities using HR Story and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Actively analyze business processes and data by performing routine audits for integrity issues to ensure strong upstream and downstream data quality.
- Handle requests from leaders, HR business partners, and other stakeholders by gathering relevant data from our systems or other sources. Ensure data accuracy, conduct analyses, draw conclusions based on the data, distill insights into a deliverable, and communicate findings to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Proactively seek opportunities to support HR initiatives by identifying trends, evaluating program effectiveness, and improving processes.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree with an emphasis in human resources or information technology.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in People Analytics and HR metrics.
- Strong data analysis skills, including advanced excel skills such as pivot tables and v-lookups
- Experience with hands-on Configuration in the Reporting and LMS SuccessFactors modules.
- Ability to work on multiple projects independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrates high respect for data confidentiality.
Location
This is a remote position in the United States.
Compensation & Benefits
The base pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in the United States is $90,000 - $115,000; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. The position is bonus-eligible, and there are medical, dental, and vision benefits available. There is a 401k saving plan and other benefits, such as Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Plan.
