Overview

We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated campaigns for our AI Infrastructure solution.  In this role, you’ll drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across priority verticals and personas in the Americas. 

You’ll own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle—from strategy to execution and performance analysis—crafting impactful campaign messaging that connects with both technical and business audiences and positioning our AI Infrastructure solution as essential to solving complex challenges.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a data-driven demand generation strategy to drive pipeline and revenue growth for our AI Infrastructure solution.
  • Lead high-impact, integrated, multi-channel B2B campaigns, managing the full campaign lifecycle—from strategy and execution to performance analysis and ongoing optimization to maximize results.
  • Own the full marketing funnel—from acquisition to expansion—focused on increasing qualified lead volume, driving conversion rates, and accelerating pipeline.
  • Collaborate with key technology partners to co-develop and co-market joint solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, and creative to align strategies and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Synthesize product differentiators, customer needs, and sales insights into clear, compelling campaign messaging that drives engagement and conversion.
  • Champion a test-and-learn approach by applying an experimentation mindset and running A/B tests across all channels to drive continuous improvement.
  • Continuously research industry trends and emerging best practices to elevate campaign strategy and execution.
  • Define and track key metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, including lead quality, pipeline contribution, and ROI; optimize digital tactics and channels based on performance data.
  • Partner closely with Sales, SDRs, and LDRs to ensure campaigns are timely, relevant, and pipeline-driven; support lead follow-up through training, documentation, enablement, and checkpoint calls.
  • Track and report on marketing performance regularly; provide campaign insights and leverage insights to refine strategy, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate ROI. 
  • Manage the demand generation budget effectively, prioritizing investments that deliver measurable results to pipeline and revenue growth.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; or equivalent education and experience
  • 7+ years of B2B demand generation or marketing experience, ideally in enterprise technology, HPC, AI, or cloud infrastructure, targeting Director, VP and C-level executives
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing demand generation strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth
  • Self-starter with proven track record of project managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including content marketing, lead nurturing, email, paid media channels (display, SEM, third party, social, etc.) and more
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to turn complex topics into compelling narratives
  • Strong copywriting skills 
  • Proficient in campaign management and tracking tools including Salesforce, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns
  • Experience with Salesforce and ABM platforms

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Pardot
  • Experience with 6Sense

 

Location

This is a remote role in the United States.

 

Travel

Occasional travel as needed to company sites.

 

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in the United States is $125,000 - $145,000; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. The position is bonus-eligible, and there are medical, dental, and vision benefits available. There is a 401k saving plan and other benefits, such as Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Plan.
