Overview

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Large Scale Services, the Business Analyst's role is to improve Service’s operations by analyzing data, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending changes. They work across Service areas to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. They prepare comprehensive reports that detail their findings, offering actionable insights to improve business processes and assist with building service-oriented dashboards.

 

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing data sets  (such as SLAs, repair trends and failure rates) to provide trends and insights to Services and Leadership
  • Collaborating and documenting process modeling across Services
  • Present findings and recommendations to improve quality and efficiency
  • Implement and lead profit margins across clients in Services
  • Collect and document requirements for IT Projects and Process improvements within Services
  • Facilitate and participate in QA, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and stakeholder management for IT Projects

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of IT analysis experience, including data analysis, dashboards, and process improvements
  • Ability to leverage existing software, tools and solutions to solve for gaps and pain points
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to be innovative and self-starter

 

Location

This is a remote position in the United States.

 

Travel

Up to 25% to our facilities in Maynard, Massachusetts and Fremont, California, as needed.

 

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in the United States is $70,000 - $85,000; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. The position is bonus-eligible, and there are medical, dental, and vision benefits available. There is a 401k saving plan and other benefits, such as Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Plan.
