Job Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer – Kubernetes Platform to help build and operate the cloud-native platform that powers ClusterWareAI. In this role, you will develop Kubernetes-native services, automation, and platform capabilities that enable the ClusterWareAI AI Operational Agent to deploy, scale, and operate reliably in enterprise environments.

You will work closely with AI engineers, backend developers, and platform architects to build secure, resilient, and highly available cloud-native solutions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Kubernetes-native services and controllers.
  • Develop software to implement platform APIs and services for ClusterWareAI.
  • Build and maintain Kubernetes Operators, CRDs, and automation for deploying AI workloads.
  • Collaborate with AI and backend engineering teams to integrate AI services into the platform.
  • Improve the scalability, reliability, and observability of cloud-native applications.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure tooling.
  • Troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and distributed applications.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of software engineering experience.
  • Strong programming skills in Go or Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes application development.
  • Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
  • Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
  • Understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience with Git and modern software development practices.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing Kubernetes Operators using Kubebuilder or Operator SDK.
  • Experience with Helm, Argo CD, Flux, or similar GitOps tools.
  • Familiarity with CNCF projects such as Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Istio, or Envoy.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.
  • Exposure to AI/ML platforms or GPU-based workloads is a plus.
  • Familiarity with virtualization or enterprise infrastructure platforms is desirable.
